The largest russian grain carriers choose mobile signatures and paperless document management

Port Transit, one of the largest service providers who organize grain transportation by road, announces that they have successfully implemented and began using the PayControl mobile authentication and digital signature platform in their digital document management system. The solution, developed by the Russian company SafeTech, a resident of the Skolkovo Foundation’s IT cluster, will allow road carriers to sign primary digital documents with a mobile signature and implement a full-fledged paperless document flow.
